The Course Curriculum will include these topics and more:

  •  Kriya and Meditation: Master the theory and practice of kriyas, asanas, mudras, meditations, mantras, and pranayama.

  •  Humanology and Philosophy: Explore the rich history and principles of Kundalini Yoga

  •  Anatomy & Physiology: Understand  both Western and Yogic anatomy, including energy systems like chakras and nadis.

  •  Consciousness of a Teacher: Cultivate essential skills for effective teaching, including ethical practices and curriculum development.

  •  The Practicum: Gain hands-on experience leading yoga classes with guidance from seasoned trainers.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Duration: 180 hours of classroom instruction + 40 hours of independent study

Location: The Inner Temple, Moira, Goa, India

- 14-day Immersion in Goa  (April 7  to April 22, 2025 )​

- 7 Live Online Group Sessions (on May 10 & 31, June 21, July 12,  Aug 2 & 23, Sept 13, 2025)​

- A comprehensive Level One Manual (available in eBook , printed version available additional cost)​

- KRI Certification as Instructor of Kundalini Yoga (RYT 220 hours)

Is Level One training recognized by Yoga Alliance?

Yes, KRI and KRI-approved Trainers are internationally recognized by Yoga Alliance. 

 

What if English is not my first language? 

The training is taught completely in English so we ask that you have a good understanding of the English language.  We welcome students from all nationalities and languages.  During our introductory call, we  encourage the use of an interpreter. 

 

Can I retake the course if I am already a Level One Teacher? 

Yes! We love having teachers come back to our Level One Training Programs and they love it too! There is definitely a lot to learn when you do the program again, with a new perspective from your teaching experience.  Please schedule an introductory call  to BetoBeIndiaLevelOne@gmail.com

 

What if I enroll and need to cancel? 

Email your request for cancellation & refund to  BetoBeIndiaLevelOne@gmail.com 

Cancellation Policy:​ Cancellation  Fee   USD$250.00 

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancel before Dec 30, 2024 receive 75% of fees paid 

  • Cancel before Jan 30, 2025 receive 50% of fees paid

  • Cancel before April 7, 2025 receive 25% of fees paid 

  • No refunds after April 7, 2025
