The Aquarian Teacher™ program is based on the comprehensive science of Kundalini Yoga as

taught by Yogi Bhajan® and is a journey of your development as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

There are three levels of certification:

KRI Level One: Instructor - Foundations
KRI Level Two: Practitioner – Transformation
KRI Level Three: Teacher - Realization.

Level One is your gateway to becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. With a total of 250 hours, including 210 hours of classroom instruction, this course is designed to teach you the foundational principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga.

The Aquarian Teacher™ certification program is open both to yoga students ready to become teachers, and those who wish just to immerse themselves in the science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®.

You'll have the opportunity to cultivate the expertise to guide students through Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations. Engage in the art of teaching Kundalini Yoga within a supportive practicum environment, immerse yourself in the uplifting energy of early morning Sadhana (spiritual practice), and as an integral part of the non-classroom components, delve into the profound transformative experiences offered by White Tantric Yoga, The 21 Stages of Meditation, 5 Rebirthing Kriyas, or an immersive day of meditation facilitated by a KRI Certified Level 1 Instructor.

Is Level One training recognized by Yoga Alliance?

Yes, KRI and KRI-approved Trainers are internationally recognized by Yoga Alliance.

What if English is not my first language?

The training is taught completely in English so we ask that you have a good understanding of the English language. We do accept any written assignments, curriculums and the final exam to be submitted in your mother tongue if it makes you more comfortable.

Can I retake the course if I am already a Level One Teacher?

Yes! We love having teachers come back to our Level One Training Programs and they love it too! There is definitely a lot to learn when you do the program again, with a new perspective from your teaching experience. Please write to BetoBeIndiaLevelOne@gmail.com

What if I enroll and need to cancel?

For all cancellations, Be to Be India Level must receive your written request for a refund emailed to BetoBeIndiaLevelOne@gmail.com

Training Program Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Admin Fee is USD$250.00
Cancellation Policy: 50% Refund will be processed for cancellations received within 7 days before start date
Once the course has begun there will be no refunds.

When can I expect to receive my certificate?

Certificates are mailed to the Lead Trainer home address 6-10 weeks after submitting your certification package.

Are scholarships or work exchange opportunities available?

Application requirements & process:

Schedule an one on one call with a trainer
Fill out the Scholarship Application by February 15, 2024.
Receive communication of scholarship grant by February 25, 2024
Participate in 100% of the program.
Scholarship recipients will be announced no later than February 25, 2024. Recipients will have 48 hours to accept their scholarship. If we don’t hear within 48 hours, the scholarship will be granted to the next person on the list.

Work Exchange Opportunities

We offer work exchange opportunities for KRI Level One teachers as a refresher course. We do not offer work exchange for first time KRI Level One students so that you may have 100% of your focus on learning and participation as a student.

Having commenced her practice in California 29 years ago, Sierra has now become a guiding light, sharing and leading students across Southeast Asia. Amrit Nam (India), an avid yoga practitioner for two decades, transitioned into teaching Kundalini Yoga in 2009, driven by a vision to cultivate more teachers globally. Rooted in compassion, loving kindness, and peace, her teachings stem from formal training in diverse yoga lineages, including Traditional Yoga (Kaivalyadham,), Transformational Yoga (Aurobindo,), Vinyasa Krama, and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. As a certified alternative medicine practitioner specializing in Ayurveda, Bach Flower Remedies, and trauma therapy, she offers a holistic approach to well-being.

Carien Tej Dayal (Taiwan) , an Intern with the Aquarian Trainer Academy as a Kundalini Yoga trainer in training, she brings 8 years of experience as a yoga teacher, she is also recognized as an Inner Dance Facilitator and Astrologer, showcasing her versatility in holistic practices. Known for her integrity, passion for service, and the ability to create lasting positive impacts, Carien is on a mission to help individuals tap into their inner wisdom using various tools. Dedicated to spreading light, she empowers others on their personal journeys.

Ardaas Singh (Portugal), a musician turned yogi, embarked on his yogic journey in 2002 during his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence. Trained as a Mantra Yogi by Muz Murray, he later delved into Sat Nam Rasayan and completed Level 1 Kundalini Yoga training in New Mexico, US. With extensive European travels to receive Karam Kriya teachings from Shiv Charan Singh, Ardaas is now a dedicated lead trainer, passionately transmitting yogic wisdom globally as an international trainer for Karam Kriya Consultants and Kundalini Yoga Teachers Level 1 and 2.

Amrit Singh Khalsa (USA) is a dedicated Lead Trainer within the Kundalini Research Institute, and a strong and caring leader. With a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering from MIT, Amrit brings a wealth of experience from 18 years in the various 3HO legacy businesses and non-profit organizations and a decade in executive roles in the Natural Foods industry. Amrit is not just a teacher; he's a space holder, guiding with clarity, practicality, and heartfelt wisdom in both his teaching and work.

Pritpal Kaur Khalsa (USA), with over five decades of experience, is a seasoned teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Spiritual Awareness. Her enduring passion for guiding others toward excellence and fulfillment, coupled with her extensive background as a teacher, healer, and mentor, infuses joy and wisdom into her workshops, classes, and coaching sessions. As a KRI Level 3 Teacher Trainer in Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Alliance 500-ERYT, Personal and Professional Coach, and Pilates Instructor, Pritpal brings a multifaceted approach to her offerings. Notably, she served as the CEO of the 3HO Foundation from 2015 to December 2022.

Tarn Taran Singh and Tarn Taran Kaur (USA) are KRI Legacy Teacher Trainers. Since 1972, they have empowered individuals around the globe to awaken their excellence using the technology of Kundalini Yoga. Both are KRI Level 3 Teacher Trainers and skilled KRI International Mentors who inspire students to integrate yoga into life and their communities. Tarn Taran Singh served as the KRI Director of the International KRI Teacher Training Program.

Manisha Lomash (India) - a guiding light with more than 11 years of experience in yoga and energy healing. Dedicated to sharing the transformative power of conscious energy movement through asana, pranayama, and meditation, she completed her KRI Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, adding depth to her practice and life experience of self-discovery and mindful living.

Based in India, Manleen Shant managed her design firm for 11 years before immersing herself in healing modalities. Now, as an Access Consciousness facilitator, Kundalini Yoga Level 1 teacher, and Ayurveda explorer, her journey is guided by natural rhythms. Aligning with her body's innate wisdom brings her deep satisfaction, fueling both creative pursuits and holistic
well-being practices. Viewing the body as a miraculous design, she harmoniously connects the physical, spiritual, and mental dimensions in her enriching journey.

Amandeep, also recognized as SiriAkal, is a KRI certified level two practitioner trained at Golden Bridge Yoga. Obtaining teaching certification in Rishikesh in 2013, Amandeep has been globally sharing transformative Kundalini yoga teachings. With a profound belief in Kundalini yoga's immediate and lasting impact, Amandeep welcomes both newcomers and seasoned practitioners. The teaching style integrates movement, mudras, and celestial communication, featuring practices like chakra meditation and Shiva dance. Amandeep's guiding principles are encapsulated in "Destress and Heal," creating an inviting space for transformative experiences in every class.
