Session 1 — Religion vs Human Technology
Mantra Is Not Religion — It Is Technology
Sound is a universal tool for consciousness.
Every culture uses sound to regulate the mind and nervous system.
Gurmukhi mantras are not worship or conversion.
They are precise sound formulas used for their vibrational effect.
Mantra works through the body and brain.
Sound stimulates neural pathways, glands, and hormonal regulation.
Frequency reorganizes the mind.
Rhythm and vibration interrupt old patterns and create coherence.
Session 2 — Safety, Science & the Nervous System
Archetypes & the Sikh Gurus
Archetypes are universal human psychology.
Archetypes are patterns of energy and consciousnessthat that exist across cultures and traditions.
They represent inner qualities and capacities — such as wisdom, courage, service, discipline, and leadership.
In Kundalini Yoga, the Sikh Gurus are approached as archetypes of consciousness - not religious identity.
They map inner human potential, not belief.
