Cancellation Policy

When you book your place on a retreat you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other guests. In order to be respectful to other guests, please call me as soon as you know you will not be able to make the dates.

Online Classes:

Drop in - no refunds, missed class can be applied to the next class. 

Paid Package - refund 24 hours before class series begins, IDR 150.000 cancellation fee.

Retreats & Workshops:  cancellation fee IDR 3.500.000 (around USD$230.00)

One month before commence date - 75% refund with cancellation fee

Three weeks before commence date - 50% refund with cancellation fee 

There will be no refunds less than  three weeks before commence date.  

Your payment will be credit toward another retreat/workshop.

Deposit to secure tour: IDR 15,500,000 (USD $1000) 

*deposit non-refundable

early bird - IDR 35,500,000 (USD $2300) secure with deposit 

*expires 15 January 2024

regular fee - IDR 38,580,000 (USD $2500)
