You’ve done the work…
and something deeper is asking for your attention
You’ve moved through challenges.
You’ve held yourself together when things were uncertain.
This journey is not about changing who you are.
It is about meeting yourself more honestly
and deepen your relationship with awareness.
Nepal · 21 Stages of Meditation
October 7–19, 2026
A guided experience through meditation, nature,
and direct self-inquiry in the landscapes of the Himalayas.
“What kind of life do you want to live? How can you develop it? What approach and formula can we use, so we can grow and not suffer? Make meditation the art of life. Make meditation the science of life. Because only with that, and with that only, you can develop intuition.”
© The Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, July 20, 1978
What is the 21 Stages of Meditation?
The 21 Stages of Meditation is a structured journey through the layers of the mind. It is not a single technique, but a progressive experience through different states of awareness. Each stage offers a direct encounter with how you relate to thought, emotion, and perception. Rather than something to fix, it is a process of witnessing. It is not a concept to understand, but an experience to move through.

KRI™ The 21 Stages of Meditation Program
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®
The 21 Stages of Meditation is part of the KRI Level Three Certification within The Aquarian Teacher™ Training Program. In this program, we engage in three distinct journeys, each designed to guide you through progressively deeper layers of awareness. First Journey The Crystallized Self Second Journey The Expressive Self Third Journey The Transcendent Self Each journey consists of seven stages, offering a step by step progression through the layers of the mind. You will move from foundational meditative awareness into deeper levels of neutrality, clarity, and integration, and ultimately into identity, projection, and the experience of merging with the infinite pulse of creation.
Who This is For
This experience is not for everyone. It is not for those seeking intensity for the sake of intensity, or something to conquer. It is for those willing to meet themselves with honesty. You do not need to be an advanced practitioner, but some familiarity with Kundalini Yoga and meditation is important, even if only through a few classes. There is an openness to the practice and a curiosity to go deeper. You may not yet know what it means to be held in a conscious community, but you are willing to step into one. This space asks for maturity. Not perfection, but a willingness to be present and to grow. You may find yourself here because something feels unclear. A quiet question of who you are becoming. A sense that something is shifting, but not yet grounded. You are not looking for another technique. You are looking for depth, clarity, and a steadier relationship with yourself. The one who says yes to this journey is open. Open to experience, to culture, to being moved beyond expectation. Willing to step into the unknown, and to meet their own strength. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about meeting yourself more honestly.

What You Will Experience
This is a structured experience, held with space and intention. Each day is anchored in practice. The 21 Stages of Meditation offers a direct experience of your mind and awareness. Not to fix, but to witness. There is a natural rhythm to the days. Practice. Integration. Rest. You are supported to stay with what arises. Outside of the practice, Nepal offers a different pace. The landscape and culture invite a shift in perspective. There is simplicity, alongside a quiet level of care. Time in community. Time in solitude. Time to walk, to breathe, to take in what is around you. This is not something to predict. It is something to live.
